What is the minimum order quantity?+

Do you offer free samples?+
Yes. We offer plain and printed samples before you commit to a bulk order so you can verify quality and sizing.
How long does production take?+
Standard production is 7–12 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (3–5 days) are available for a fee.
Can I order a custom size?+
Absolutely. All packaging is made-to-order. Provide your dimensions (L × W × H) and we manufacture to your exact specs.
What artwork format do you need?+
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-res PSD files (300 DPI min). No artwork? Our design team creates it free.
What printing and finishing options exist?+
CMYK/Pantone printing, gloss/matte lamination, spot UV, hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and soft-touch coating.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders include free shipping on standard timelines.
What materials do you use?+
Kraft paperboard, SBS cardboard, corrugated, rigid board, and eco-friendly recycled materials. We recommend the best for your product.
